Compu-FoamCore


	Introducing Compu-FoamCore automated foam wing cutting machine to service your custom wing cutting needs... Using this machine, I can cut foam core wings to most any airfoil, camber, or section, including multiple section wings. This system is fully computerized and can cut very precise multiple cambers and wing sections. Once the desired airfoil parameters are entered into the program parameter list, it cuts the wing automatically and accurately. Thickness and camber are set independently, for any airfoil along the full length of the wing.

All that is needed are parameters that are entered into the Compu-FoamCore machine:

The wing section data for each wing section desired is entered into the machine. There can be many different sections from root to tip. Each section's data includes the thickness and camber if you want to vary the original airfoil thickness or camber. Each wing section is then cut 1/8" longer at each end for you to fit the sections properly.

For example: For a 2 meter, 2 section wing, only section's #1 and #4 are entered and the machine will cut the section exactly as specified. All cores cut to less than 0.005" tollerance!

Compu-FoamCore will cut your custom Wings (for any airplane) to your specifications and will ship to them to you.
